Welcome to NexDays, a Location-based Business and Professional Services Scheduling Website developed and owned by Logisium Technologies Incorporated, Philippines.
Before using our services, it is important that you review and understand the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not create an account or use our services as these terms becomes legally binding effective immediately once accepted.
General Use of Services
By using or gaining access to our services, you agree to abide by any applicable rules, notices, operating procedures, policies, and instructions. You also agree to follow any updates that we may issue from time to time on these terms. Any modifications to the aforementioned are presumed known to you and binding upon their publication. We reserve the right to amend these notifications, operating rules, policies, and instructions at any time.
You agree and undertake NOT to perform illegal activities such as but not limited to:
-Impersonate any person or entity or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
-Use our services to conduct illegal business operations;
-Post contents or images that you do not own and may cause copyright infringement or malicious and damaging materials;
-Attempt to access any computer systems or networks connected to the services without authorization, or to interfere with or disrupt these systems in any other way;
Service Requests
While we do our best to verify the service providers registered to our system, Logisium does not warrant the performance, capability or materials posted by the providers. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to know your provider and the terms of contract you are entering with them to perform their obligations. Logisium is not responsible for any damages, loss of money, income or revenue, theft or any liability as a result of the service conducted between the customer and the providers.
You agree to follow our guideline as stated below:
-Upon scheduling a request, you agree to provide necessary information to the service providers needed to perform their duties. Please refer to our privacy policy here for the data that can be collected by our system and the service providers;
-When cancelling a request, contact the service provider immediately by using any of our messaging systems or directly communicating to the service providers;
-Our services do not currently have a payment system. You acknowledge that it is your duty to arrange with the service providers for the payment method you will use for their services;
-To monitor the status of the service you requested, can get in touch with the provider directly or via our messaging system;

At Logisium, we want you to be aware of the data we gather and how it's used. We therefore advise you to review our Privacy Policy here. This facilitates your use of in a manner that suits you best. We describe how we gather, use, store, and transmit information in the Privacy Policy. We also inform you of your legal rights. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to disable your account and/or to immediately discontinue your usage of the Platform and/or Services. For any reason, including breaking any of these Terms of Use, if we think you have broken any of the terms or conditions outlined here, or if we or any regulatory body determine that it is not appropriate to continue offering the services related to the Platform, we reserve the right to deny you access to the Platform and/or Services (or any portion thereof).
